Greenfields handled the sale of a plot of land on Taśmowa Street, situated in the Mokotów District of Warsaw. The new owner, Apricot Capital Group, intends to proceed with a PRS (Private Rented Sector) investment there.
The project will comprise 350 apartments intended for short- and long-term rent, as well as a restaurant and an underground garage. It is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
The purchaser of the plot of land – Apricot Capital Group – has already completed construction projects such as the Żoliborz One office building and the Madison Apartments residential building with service outlets, both situated in the Żoliborz District, as well as a residential building in Wólczyńska Street in the Bielany District.
‘With its bold nature and a shape reminiscent of modernist architecture, this building will become an inherent part of the office building landscape of this part of the city,’ said the architect Daniel Cabanek of Studio 20, responsible for the building’s design.
The seller was a member company of the Gobarto S.A. group and the sale transaction was handled by Greenfields. ‘This brownfield area offers convenient public transportation services,’ said Aleksandra Wołodźko, president of Greenfields’ management board. ‘This is thanks to the proximity of the southern bypass road and Warsaw Chopin Airport. Office buildings are being constructed in the neighborhood, so apartments intended for short- and long-term rent will perfectly complement this function of the area.’ Facebook
