Greenfields has completed a transaction for clients by selling a plot in the Targówek district of Warsaw. The plot of more than 9,000 m2 was purchased by one of the leading Warsaw property developers with plans to build residential housing there.
The seller was Building Bulls, which had its headquarters on the plot in the Targówek district. Greenfields not only found a new buyer for the plot and closed the sale to the satisfaction of both parties, but also found a substitute location for the Building Bulls to carry on its business activity.
Building Bulls, which deals in renting out cranes, decided to sell the location of their headquarters due to the limitations of the plot, making it difficult to grow their business.
“We found a new location for the company in a dynamically growing part of Radzymin, close to the S8 expressway”, explained Karolina Jaworska, manager of the Real Estate Acquisition Department at Greenfields. “The plot has convenient access and the appropriate infrastructure, ensuring comfortable use of the land and enabling the company to continue growing. Thanks to this transaction and by moving, the company obtained not only the funds to build a new office, but also approximately 2,900 m2 of additional area”.
Building Bulls has been active on the construction market since 1993. During this time, the sustainable development strategy and the experience of its employees has made it one of the leaders on the market of tower crane rentals. Building Bulls’ machine park includes over 100 tower cranes of various types, which can be used safely on practically every construction site.
