We supported one of our clients in the process of obtaining a building permit for residential buildings at 165 A-D Piątkowska Street in Poznań.

The investment will be located in a well-connected part of the city, surrounded by green areas, close to the tram, services and shops. The design consists of four buildings with a total of around 300 apartments. The design is the work of Studio 20 from Warsaw.

The investor will finance the construction of a bike path, the intersection of Piątkowska and Trójpole streets will be redeveloped, with residents also obtaining a safe pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. Construction work will start in the third quarter of this year.
