SPECIAL URBAN PROCEDURES
The Special Housing Act on facilitating the preparation and implementation of housing and associated investments was enacted in 2018 as an additional tool to enable investors to obtain approvals and guidelines for the location of residential investments. The fact that the previously available solutions had many drawbacks makes it possible for the Special Housing Act to become a quick and formalized alternative and a convenient investment path.
Greenfields was the first company in Warsaw to successfully submit complete applications under the Special Housing Act procedure and process all proceedings under the new regulation. Greenfields’ innovative and expert approach allows the provisions of the Special Housing Act to be applied to various properties and, depending on their individual conditions, enables the development of buildings in areas covered by inadequate zoning plans, as well as areas not covered by plans, post-production areas or other areas with a specific nature.
