On the plot purchased by Ciril at ul. An apartment building will be built on Przyokopowa in Warsaw. – This is one of the last such transactions in Wola. Ciril will build a small apartment building with 51 apartments.
Cavatina will pay nearly PLN 150 million for a hectare plot in the center of Warsaw. There have been more such large transactions on this market recently. However, the Cavatina group also includes housing companies – Resi Capital and Cavare. The company does not disclose what it intends to build.
Another transaction on the real estate market in Warsaw. Belgian developer Ciril, belonging to the Democo group, which has been operating in Poland for over 30 years, purchased an investment area with an area of almost 2 500 sqm at Przyokopowa St. in Wola, near Zawiszy Square and Rondo Daszyńskiego. We had the pleasure of mediating this transaction.
The change goes hand in hand with also the expansion of our company’s portfolio and the creation of a new business division – Greenfields New Energy, which will deal with the acquisition and preparation of land for investments related to renewable energy sources.

In the first half of this year, Segro purchased a 20-hectare plot in Warsaw’s Młociny district. The company does not disclose the value of the transaction, but at the current prices of industrial land, which within the capital city range between PLN 850-1,200 per sq m, it can be estimated at around PLN 200 million.
The war in Ukraine posed new challenges for business and influenced decisions investments, inflationary pressure and lower activity are also significant borrowers. Despite demanding times, the number of transactions and properties sold
remains at a good level, and one can even say that we are seeing a revival.

Bemowo is becoming an increasingly attractive district in Warsaw. The growing interest comes as no surprise. Good infrastructure and convenient transportation (thanks to the metro line, it’s easy and fast to reach other parts of the capital) attract developers and new investments. We had the opportunity to participate in one of them.
The first data center of a French data center operator was opened near Warsaw. By 2030, the market is expected to grow more than threefold. Land for data centers is already three times more expensive than for warehouses.
Commercial real estate developers are intensively looking for land, but the offer is heavily depleted by residential developers.
