The Bemowo Line Housing Estate will grow

Nexity Poland, supported by Greenfields, has completed another land purchase transaction in Chrzanów – part of the Warsaw district of Bemowo. The plot was bought for the purpose of continuing the construction of the Bemowo Line housing estate, which Nexity plans to have approximately 1,000 apartments and service premises in total.

Area with great potential

“Chrzanów, as part of the Bemowo district, is an area included in the local zoning plan, which makes it orderly and considered and offering its inhabitants access to full infrastructure, as well as good connections to the city centre thanks to the metro line being constructed,” explained Paulina Chmielewska, Chief Operating Officer at Nexity Poland. “Nexity Poland has been developing areas with high potential, and this is how we see this neighbourhood.”

“This is another very successful transaction that we have completed in the Bemowo district with our client,” said Michał Różycki, Land Department Director at Greenfields. “We are not surprised by the continued interest of investors in the Chrzanów plots. This area of Warsaw continues to develop, offers good access to commercial and service premises, and – most of all – it has good access to the central districts of Warsaw. The transport situation will be additionally improved by the upcoming three metro stations in Bemowo, including one at the junction of ul. Szeligowska and ul. Gen. Rayskiego.”

Nexity Poland’s multi-phase Bemowo Line housing estate not only offers diverse buildings with a wide range of apartments, but is also planning service premises and recreation areas. There are green areas where residents can relax, as well as several playgrounds planned by the investor for children.
