In the research part, the author focused on interviews with entrepreneurs, analyzing their decisions and strategies in the face of legal changes, identifying potential threats, and assessing the ongoing market processes.<br\/>We are especially happy that the idea for her thesis was inspired by her internship at Greenfields \u2013 it was during that time that spatial planning topics sparked her special interest.
