Greenfields has successfully managed the sale of a plot of land at Igańska Street, in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe District.
The plot of land, with an area of ca. 1,240 sq m, is situated at the intersection of Igańska Street and Białowieska Street. The buyer, Novum Developer, intends to build quiet residential block offering 31 apartments.
‘We will use this plot of land to construct apartments with ca. 2,400 sq m of usable floor area. The building, intended to offer an above-average standard, will have five stories, including an underground garage. The ground floors will house commercial premises,’ said Tomasz Domagała, a member of the management board of Novum Developer.
The investment project is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.
