The investment project is being implemented by Dom Development, the largest developer in Poland. This project, whose construction started in 2013 and which has since won a number of prizes, offers attractive areas open to the public, numerous service outlets and art in the form of installations, murals and graphic art. Greenfields handled the sale of plots of land intended for the second stage of the Żoliborz Artystyczny Estate, whose construction is currently underway. This part of the project will consist of six buildings with 1,200 apartments and 53 service outlets.
The leitmotiv of the artistic accents present in the final stage of the estate will be Józef Nalberczak, a movie and theater actor. The graphics placed at building entrances and in elevators will contain, among other things, his pictures and quotations from Bareja’s cult classics.
