Belgian developer Ciril is the new owner of the plot

Another transaction on the real estate market in Warsaw. Belgian developer Ciril, belonging to the Democo group, which has been operating in Poland for over 30 years, purchased an investment area with an area of almost 2 500 sqm at Przyokopowa St. in Wola, near Zawiszy Square and Rondo Daszyńskiego. We had the pleasure of mediating this transaction.

The company plans to build an apartment building with 51 residential units on the purchased plot. This will be the developer’s second investment in the capital of Poland.

The Master Plan for this property assumes buildings no higher than 30 meters high. The plan also provides that at least one quarter of the plot will be devoted to greenery.

This is our next transaction in this location. Together with our business partners, we are changing this part of Wola. We haven’t said the last word yet – we plan to finalize the next transaction in the first quarter of 2024 – says Michał Różycki, director of the land real estate department in the living sector at Greenfields.

The plot is located near Zawiszy Square and Rondo Daszyńskiego, which has become the new business heart of the capital. The investment that will be built there will be another building block in the process of great transformation that Wola in Warsaw has been undergoing in recent years. For us, this is yet another confirmation that the demand for well-located plots is not weakening – he adds.
