It wasn’t a simple or quick subject, but those are the ones we like the most and specialize in. Several years ago, we started cooperation with the owners of plots located in Warsaw, south of the intersection of Zdrowa and Dyniowa streets in Miasteczko Wilanów. For them, we found the final buyer, Green House Development company. The first stage of the investment is now in the past – the developer has acquired the land, enabling the implementation of a multi-family residential investment with 85 apartments. More stages lie ahead. In the coming years, on an area of approximately 13 hectares, a multi-stage housing estate of semi-detached houses will be created. We are pleased that several years after selling the plot of land on Klimczaka Street to Yareal, where the Strefa Wilanów estate was developed, we were involved in another transaction in Miasteczko Wilanów.
