The change goes hand in hand with also the expansion of our company’s portfolio and the creation of a new business division – Greenfields New Energy, which will deal with the acquisition and preparation of land for investments related to renewable energy sources.
Michał Różycki will be responsible for creating and implementing the new Greenfields strategy, and his responsibilities will include preparing development plans and implementing strategies that allow the company to develop in a sustainable and responsible way. He will also supervise a team of specialists working with housing developers and land owners.
