Artur Hoppe – has 8 years of experience in project management in the Real Estate industry, specializing in preparation for the implementation of development projects in the field of commercial and multi-family housing. He is fluent in the maze of construction regulations and administrative procedures related to the investment process. At GREENFIELDS, as a Project Manager in the land Real Estate department, he is responsible for supervising administrative proceedings, including obtaining necessary documents and decisions, negotiating contracts, and verifying existing and planned spatial development plans.
Dominika de León – responsible for the marketing and PR area. Dominika has been linked with Real Estate industry in Poland since 2004. She is Certified in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, a DIMAQ Professional specialist, graduate of 2 postgraduate courses and licensed Property Manager. Dominika has also been a juror of three editions of the best thesis on e-marketing competition organized by IAB Poland and the Warsaw School of Economics. In her free time, she is an enthusiast of Spanish cuisine who enjoys discovering unconventional places.
Stanisław Depowski – has joined the GREENFIELDS Real Estate team and will be responsible for the urban planning and architecture due diligences studies in our organization. So far, Stanisław led the own team of his professional practice of the architectural studio based in Poland since 2007. He graduated from the University of Technology with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. He is passionate about modernism, but also postmodernism, an admirer of cities and urban customs.
