Ronson Development purchased plots of land with an aggregate area of 2,715 sq m, situated on Studzienna Street in Warsaw’s Wola District. The zoning permit allows the construction of a complex of apartment blocks on those plots of land, with underground garages and the necessary accompanying infrastructure, with a total usable area of ca. 4,800 sq m.
The new investment is expected to be on the developer’s offer in the fourth quarter of 2021. Greenfields handled the purchase of the plots of land for the investor.
– We know this location very well, as it neighbors the Espresso Estate constructed by Ronson. The success of this investment showed that apartments in this location are much sought after, due to their proximity to more compact and functional urban fabric and green areas, as well as convenient public transportation offering easy access to the office building part of the Wola District and downtown Warsaw,’ said Andrzej Gutowski, vice-president of the management board and sales and marketing director of Ronson Development.
– Our key contribution to this investment consists in preparing the land and turning it into land intended for housing purposes by obtaining a zoning permit.
