Short summary:
- Developers have been actively involved in helping areas affected by the flood!
- Investors and Local Governments – there is a willingness to cooperate based on clear and transparent rules, openness, dialogue, and mutual respect.
- Statistics vs. reality – a major issue for city development is the requirement to use GUS forecasts (underestimating population numbers) in spatial planning.
- From "lex developer" to ZPI – this solution is better than nothing.
- Cities of the future in a few or several years – challenges and trends of local communities vs. the individual needs and expectations of neurodiverse residents and evolving economies.

More interesting topics are still to come...
