Our activities

  • We carried out a comprehensive project to increase land value and prepare the site for investment, including analyses, formal arrangements, and sales support. At the same time, we engaged with the local community through consultations, revitalization efforts, and the design of public infrastructure.

As part of accompanying investments, we designed: educational building for approx. 100 children, publicly accessible green area for recreation and leisure, with a playground and outdoor gym and reconstruction of a section of the municipal road – Bieżuńska St.
