A new residential development will be built on the site of the Felix Hotel, which was constructed in the 1970s. The estate will be open and accessible to local residents.
The investment project includes green squares featuring a variety of trees and shrubs, equipped with elements of street furniture and recreational areas. Special attention is given to preserving a large number of existing trees on the site, as well as to the residents’ club.
