In February, we published a post congratulating Victoria Dom on completing transactions in 2024 for over 2 000 apartments in the Warsaw districts of Ursus and Włochy. We are now adding more than 20 000 sqm of usable residential area (PUM), which translates into approximately 400 additional apartments. With this, we are pleased to share the news of the completion of another transaction with Victoria Dom in Ursus.
