Your responsibilities:
Reach out to landowners and introduce Greenfields to those who don’t know us yet – but should!
Build and maintain long-term relationships with our amazing business partners.
Advise clients: What? Where? How? Why? At what price?
Cooperate with the graphic design team to prepare commercial offers and property presentations.
Support our team during commercial negotiations between parties.
Search online and collect information about infrastructure, utilities, technical conditions, spatial development plans, as well as planned road and infrastructure investments.
Your key strengths:
Openness, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Commitment, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
Interest in the real estate industry.
Motivation to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a development company / real estate industry.
Higher education degree.
Communicative level of English.
