Our activities

We carried out a comprehensive project to increase land value and prepare the site for investment, including analyses, formal arrangements, and sales support. At the same time, we engaged with the local community through consultations, revitalization efforts, and the design of public infrastructure.
We performed Due Diligence
Handled a series of administrative agreements, including road and education-related arrangements
Valued the land and mediated it`s sale
Organized a competition on behalf of the Client

- We are transforming and returning this part of the district to it`s residents

We are revitalizing degraded urban areas

As part of accompanying investments, we designed: educational building for approx. 100 children, publicly accessible green area for recreation and leisure, with a playground and outdoor gym and reconstruction of a section of the municipal road – Bieżuńska St.
