On behalf of the owners, we introduced for sale a historic tenement house protected by heritage conservation regulations, with the potential to convert it into a multi-family residential development. A well-prepared concept and an efficiently managed administrative process usually make it possible to successfully change a building’s use from commercial to residential- while preserving its character and increasing its value.

Renovation is a smart way to make use of the existing urban fabric and give space a new function aligned with the city’s current needs. Hybrid work, greater mobility, and changing expectations regarding neighbourhoods, services, and comfort mean that projects capable of adapting to dynamic social change increasingly come out on top.
