We finalized the execution of a sale agreement for a commercial land plot with potential for multi-family residential development in Warsaw’s Targówek district. This is another transaction based on trust and a long-term relationship with the client. Our role included comprehensive advisory services, process coordination, and support during negotiations—through to closing. It was truly a race against time, as the owner wanted to sell the land before year-end. Thanks to efficient cooperation, we achieved this as planned. The notarial deed was executed in December 2025.
