Deal Done! Warsaw Mokotów District
The exceptional development potential of Czerniaków Południowy convinced the buyer - development company from the Apricot Capital Group - to proceed with the acquisition despite the complex planning situation.
Land property, approximately 54 509 sqm, is located on Bernardyńska Street. At the time the developer signed the preliminary agreement, areas has been covered by Masterplan designating for single- and multi-family residential. However, October 3, 2024 Supreme Administrative Court in response to an appeal by the Mazovian Voivode, declared Masterplan partially invalid for certain areas within "F" zone.
The collaboration and commitment of all parties involved, as well as Developer's long-term plans for Mokotów district, ensured the successful completion of purchase.
