Gateway Poland 2026
· Poland has an opportunity to take another major step forward in its development - and that step is energy and data centers.
· During the opening of the conference, it was strongly emphasized that these two areas can become the foundation of an innovation-driven economy. Poland should no longer be assessed through the lens of its former energy mix, but rather through the scale of the transformation already underway and its real investment potential.
· A very important voice came from the public administration representatives: Secretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs Dariusz Standerski, Chair of the Parliamentary Group for the Polish Investment Zone, MP Jacek Tomczak, Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Economy Marek Andrzejewski, and Katarzyna Zajkowska, Director of the Department of Digital Transformation. All of them stressed how important the dynamic development of the data center sector in Poland is and announced a review of regulations as well as the simplification of administrative procedures for new commercial investments. Importantly, there was also a declaration of open cooperation with the industry.
· It is becoming increasingly clear that Poland can become a regional hub for Europe’s digital infrastructure - thanks to its strategic location between Germany, Scandinavia, and Central and Eastern Europe, its industrial base, and conditions conducive to the efficient operation of data centers.
· “From coal to compute.” This is a good summary of the direction we are heading in - from a traditional growth model toward digital leadership.
· The discussion about the future of data centers in Poland is no longer just about technology. It is also about energy, critical infrastructure, competitiveness, investment, and Poland’s position on Europe’s digital map.
Congratulations to Sławomir Koszałko, Piotr Kowalski, Adam Ponichtera, Krystian Przyplacz, Aneta Czaińska, and the rest of the organizing team.

My podchodzimy do tego inaczej.
How to obtain an environmental decision that will work in the later stages of the investment?
