Greenfields advised and connected the Parties in the process of purchasing a 5 371 sqm land located in district Wola, in Warsaw on the corner of Grzybowska and Żelazna Street.
The land purchase transaction was combined one, the deal was made by two companies: Dantex and Resi Capital – Cavatina Group Real Estate company.
In the eastern part of the plot, approximately 200 apartments are planned to be built.
The tower – a high-rise project along with a lower wing – according to the preliminary concept Liberty Residence, is to provide about 500 apartments ranging from 25 sqm to 180 sqm – from studios to five-room apartments.
