This is another transaction built on trust and a long-term relationship with the client. Our role covered end-to-end advisory services, process coordination, and support during negotiations - through to successful completion.
It truly was a race against time, as the landowner wanted to finalize the sale before the end of the year. Thanks to efficient cooperation, we achieved this as planned. The notarial deed was signed in December 2025.
Congratulations to both parties - we’re looking forward to seeing the project delivered.
