The area benefits from excellent transport connections, including the Southern Bypass of Warsaw and Warsaw Chopin Airport. “This part of the city is filled with office buildings, which already fully meet the demand for office space,” says Justyna Cymerman, Director of Greenfields’ Urban Planning Department. “Therefore, in the case of the plot on Taśmowa Street, our objective was to identify a new function that would provide an attractive complement to the district. Our analyses indicated that the best solution would be an investment in the PRS (Private Rented Sector) segment, and this is the function we proposed to the investor.”
