From untapped potential to a new residential development

An office building, a garage building and a paved car park. Despite its attractive location near public transport stops, with convenient access to shops, services and other locally important facilities, including public offices, the plot on Wileńska Street was not making full use of its potential. When Przewozy Regionalne decided to sell the perpetual usufruct right to the land together with the existing buildings, it entrusted Greenfields with coordinating the sale process. We prepared the necessary documentation and conducted a two-stage tender. The property was acquired by developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska. As part of the Wileńska Express project, a complex of three buildings was developed, comprising approximately 300 apartments as well as service units.
