He combines a financial perspective on investments with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the real estate market. He began his career in investment banking before moving into the family-owned development company, where he gained first-hand experience across every stage of the investment process.

Under his leadership, the company acquired land for its own portfolio, developed investment concepts and architectural documentation, secured building permits, and subsequently sold projects ready for development.

This is precisely the perspective he now brings to @Greenfields: the ability to assess land from the viewpoint of someone who has personally made acquisition decisions and taken responsibility for the entire development process.

We will draw on his experience in identifying investment opportunities, assessing land potential, and planning the next stages of land development. His understanding of the entire process helps us ask the right questions from the outset: What can be developed on a given site? What requirements need to be met? And how will individual decisions affect costs, timelines, and future sales?

Outside of work, he also enjoys discovering new perspectives – through exploring distant destinations and hitting the ski slopes. ⛷️
