Such a press conference of the Polish Association of Developers has long been due to the real estate industry. At one table, in the PAP center, experts with vast knowledge of the market and many years of practical experience sat down.
☑️ PZFD President Maciej Wandzel presented FACTS supported by data and debunked MYTHS functioning in the public space. He emphasized the importance of the role of development companies in delivering new apartments to the market (over 90%) and firmly appealed to politicians for a serious, substantive discussion, while declaring the industry's support for the development of social housing in Poland.
☑️ JJL Director - Aleksandra Gawrońska shared analytical data, presented the market environment and accurately described the behavior of demand groups: Investors, Buyers waiting for subsidies, those buying for their own needs on credit and those buying for their own needs for cash. And what about the famous BK2% program? The numbers showed that with about 90 thousand credit agreements supported by this program, only 38% concerned transactions on the primary market.
☑️ Expert Dr. Alina Muzioł-Węcławowicz talked about the realities, pillars, diagnoses and strategy of the state's housing policy in recent years, and Michał Zastrzeżyński, Vice President of Sosnowiec, presented specific examples of solutions, but also the difficulties that municipalities are struggling with.
☑️ The debate was complemented by an accurate assessment of the implemented spatial planning reform presented by PZFD lawyer Michał Leszczyński.
This discussion was very necessary, important, and the course was valuable and focused on the most important issues.
PZFD Well done!
