Greenfields business training in Madrid

There’s nothing quite like life… or, actually, TRAINING IN MADRID. This time, our boss - Jose Martinez - invited us to Spain for a solid dose of knowledge, inspiration and good energy.

During the business training focused on communication, cooperation, building relationships and developing shared solutions with Clients, we had the opportunity to look at our everyday work from a new perspective - more open, interdisciplinary, conscious and dialogue-oriented.

The directors of individual departments took us behind the scenes of their areas, presenting the key topics, projects and goals that will shape our work in the coming months. It was specific and to the point, but without any corporate stiffness: about expectations, priorities, cross-team cooperation and how we can achieve ambitious goals together.

Jose Martinez and Aleksandra Wołodźko shared the broader context: the challenges the company will face in the coming years, changes in the real estate market and the directions worth looking towards already today. Marketing added a practical dose of knowledge about effective communication, as well as the ability to set priorities and focus on what truly matters - and then theory quickly turned into action during exercises and negotiation role-plays.

But Spain did not let us stay only in the training room. Between meetings, we headed out into the city - following the trail of architectural gems, modern districts, museums, parks and spaces that were a lesson in design in themselves. We talked about urban planning, spatial development, European trends and how architecture influences the way we live, work and build relationships.

So there were inspiring conversations, practical exercises, city walks, admiration for details, discussions about the future of the industry and plenty of reflections on how to combine business goals with responsible and conscious space design. All served in a Spanish rhythm - between sunshine, sightseeing, the aroma of coffee and flavours that perfectly complemented the intensive programme.
