The new hasztag#residential will be built on the site of the former Hotel Felix, originally constructed in the 1970s. The estate will be open and accessible to the local community.

➡️ 8 720 m. kw. plots area

➡️ 12 800 - 13 700 m. kw. residential usable area

➡️ 1 280 - 1 700 m. kw. ser vices usable area

The project includes green courtyards planted with a variety of trees and shrubs, complemented by small architectural features and recreational zones. Particularly noteworthy is the plan to preserve a large number of existing trees and to create a residents’ club as part of the development.

It’s already shaping up to be something special. And to think... it all started in May 2022, with the sale of the plot by Greenfields.
