The profit generated from this transaction enabled our company to expand its operations into the domestic market, including entering Wrocław.” The land was acquired by developer Yareal, and the new investment transformed the image of this part of the district after years of stagnation. On Klimczaka Street, Yareal developed the Strefa Wilanów residential estate, comprising nine four-storey buildings with approximately 300 apartments, surrounded by attractive green areas.
