We are extremely proud to announce the successful completion of another transaction! Thanks to our professional advisory services and the dedication of the Greenfields team, one of the last available plots in Odolany - located at 68a Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw - has found a new owner. The plot was acquired by Real Estate company Alides Polska, while Greenfields had the pleasure of providing comprehensive advice on the purchase of the land and preparing the project for building permit submission.
Within just 18 months, Greenfields company has unlocked the full investment potential of the land, including conducting a legal and technical audit, mitigating investment risks, obtaining building conditions decisions, preparing construction documentation, and obtaining necessary approvals, opinions, and agreements for the construction process.
The entire process was coordinated by our team of experts from the Legal Department, Investment Preparation Department, and Land Real Estate Department - Living sector. Thanks to their individual approach to Client needs, thorough market analysis, and high qualifications that solutions were prepared, ensuring the achievement of intended goals, added value, and satisfaction for all parties involved in the transaction.
