Under an exclusive agreement, we are managing the land preparation process in Warsaw’s Włochy district aimed at obtaining an Integrated Investment Plan (ZPI). The project’s estimated potential is approximately 42,000 sqm of residential usable floor area (PUA).
This is a site with strong investment potential — we are working to advance the planning and urban development process as efficiently as possible, enabling the Investor to move forward to the next stages of the development process.
