In February, we published post congratulating Victorii Dom on a transaction in 2024, covering over 2000 residential units in Warsaw districts – Ursus and Włochy. Today, we’re adding another 20 000 usable area, bringing the total to approximately 400 apartments. The pace of action is impressive!

With that, we’re excited to share the news of another finalized transaction with Victoria Dom in Ursus. It’s worth highlighting that this is one of the last available investment plots in this district – plot of land that many developers would like to have in their portfolio. No surprise it was snapped up so quickly.

Vicotria Dom continues to strengthen its leading market position through well-thought-out, responsible decisions embedded in a clear long-term strategy.
