One of those people is Martyna Łoś – petite in stature, but a true busy bee in our office. She’s always checking, analysing, verifying, researching and… more often than not, finding exactly what we need, right when we need it.

Martyna holds a degree in Spatial Planning and gained her previous experience in engineering consultancy, working on analyses and documentation supporting the preparation of various investment projects.

At GREENFIELDS, she focuses on one of the most important aspects of our work – discovering potential where it may not be immediately obvious. She analyses land plots, works with GIS, examines planning regulations and legal and administrative conditions, and, together with the team, takes part in negotiations and securing land acquisition transactions for new developments.

Martyna, we’ve kept you waiting far too long for this post, but we’re genuinely glad to have you on board!

And while we’re at it, we promise to take a moment more often to introduce the people who quietly do such fantastic work behind the scenes – and not to forget those who have been part of our team for many years.
