For Greenfields, membership in #PLDCA means much more than simply belonging to an industry association. It is an opportunity to actively participate in processes that shape the future of the entire Data Center sector.
That is why we are actively involved in the Association’s initiatives, contributing the expertise of our multidisciplinary team across three key areas:
· Technical
· Legal and regulatory
· Marketing and communications
We share our experience in preparing investment projects, navigating administrative and spatial planning procedures, and supporting initiatives that raise awareness of the economic and infrastructural importance of data centers.
Another PLDCA members’ meeting is now behind us, bringing together several important topics:
🔹 Organizational development and industry representation – One of the key agenda items was the supplementary election to the Association’s Board. Among the candidates was our very own Ewelina Wojciechowska, who proved to be a strong contender despite being unable to attend due to her participation in EXPO.
🔹 Dialogue with public authorities and the regulatory environment – The meeting provided an opportunity to review the Association’s extensive activities over recent months, including discussions with representatives of government ministries, parliamentary committees focused on deregulation, and parliamentary working groups, including those dealing with the Polish Investment Zone.
🔹 Growing industry collaboration – As highlighted during the meeting, the PLDCA community has now surpassed 100 members. This is a clear indication of the growing need for industry integration and the development of a common position on infrastructure, energy, and administrative challenges.
🔹 Energy infrastructure as a foundation for Data Center growth – The special guest was Dr Paweł Czyżak, who shared his insights into the future development of Poland’s power system in the context of the data center sector’s increasing demand for grid connection capacity and electricity.

Why are we so committed to supporting the development of the sector?
Because we understand that the growth of the Data Center market depends on much more than access to technology and capital.
Equally important are appropriate spatial planning frameworks, predictable administrative procedures, access to energy infrastructure, and a better understanding of the sector’s specific needs among public institutions and local communities.
These are precisely the areas where we see the greatest value in working together.
