Greenfields announces the signing of a preliminary agreement concerning the development of a residential project in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. The planned investment covers a property with potential exceeding 12,000 sqm of usable residential floor area (PUM) and will be carried out on the basis of a zoning decision.
