From Greenfields Internship to Academic Success

Last year, we introduced you to our intern, Alicja Wdowiak – an energetic, creative, open-minded, committed, and responsible representative of Generation Z.

Today, we are delighted to share that she has recently defended her Bachelor’s degree in Business Law at Kozminski University. The topic of her thesis was “Amendment to the Spatial Planning Act – from General Assumptions to Project Implementation.”

The aim of her thesis was to analyze the impact of changes in spatial planning regulations on the land real estate market – taking into account investment practices and the related risks. In the research part, the author focused on interviews with entrepreneurs, analyzing their decisions and strategies in the face of legal changes, identifying potential threats, and assessing the ongoing market processes.
We are especially happy that the idea for her thesis was inspired by her internship at Greenfields – it was during that time that spatial planning topics sparked her special interest. She made full use of the knowledge and experience gained during the internship and turned it into her success.

Alicja we are so proud of you and miss you!

Fingers crossed for your future achievements!
