We have successfully finalized the second stage of the transaction at Zdrowa and Dyniowa Streets. Acting as an Real Estate Advisor and Broker, we bridged the gap between the seller and the investor, paving the way for a modern multi-family residential development with low-density housing

Current stage: approx. 14 000 sqm PUM

Total (Stages I & II): nearly 30 000 sqm PUM
