Your responsibilities:
- Reach out to landowners and introduce Greenfields to those who don’t know us yet – but should!
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our amazing business partners.
- Advise clients: What? Where? How? Why? At what price?
- Cooperate with the graphic design team to prepare commercial offers and property presentations.
- Support our team during commercial negotiations between parties.
- Search online and collect information about infrastructure, utilities, technical conditions, spatial development plans, as well as planned road and infrastructure investments.
Your key strengths:
- Openness, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
- Interest in the real estate industry.
- Motivation to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a development company / real estate industry.
- Higher education degree.
- Communicative level of English.
