We’re playing for green
We have known the owners of this Warsaw plot of land, located in Moczydło Park in Wola, for many years. For a long time, they tried to align their property with the provisions of the local zoning plan in force for Moczydło Park - one that allowed, among other things, a sports facility and recreational use. There were Clients interested in purchasing it who, in line with the plan, envisioned various scenarios there: a drive-thru restaurant or sports facilities, but…
…this is where our unusual role began. Instead of closing yet another commercial transaction, we got involved in a truly valuable idea - we convinced the owners that the best purpose for this plot was to incorporate it into the area of Moczydło Park.

The result? The transaction for the City’s purchase of this property has just been finalized.
We are incredibly proud of deals like this. We thank the owners for entrusting us with comprehensive support throughout the sale process of this property.
Everyone is pleased that local residents will gain even more green space.
